Registration Form

Fill out the form below for all students you want to register.
Registration Fees - $65.00 per student with a max or $120 per family, per division.
There are two (2) divisions - Division B is ages 10/11 to 15. Division C is ages 14 to 18.
If it is your first year, we recommend that 9th grade (14/15 years old) join the Division B team.
